LEARN TO COOK NEW RECIPES,
HAVE FUN WITH FRIENDS
AND TAKE HOME MEALS!
As most of you know, I LOVE to cook and have been teaching friends and family kitchen techniques and recipes for a few years now. Oh, and please pass on to anyone you think may be interested!

Appetizers Galore: In this class, learn 4 or more awesome and easy appetizer recipes for that last minute potluck or dinner party! Take home enough for "Appetizers for Dinner" night. The kids love this idea!
Casseroles & Crock Pots, Oh my!: This class will provide the techniques and recipes for 3-4 casserole/crock pot meals. Take home 3-4 meals (feeds 4 ppl).
Brunch Recipes: This class will include 4-5 brunch style recipes (i.e. egg dishes, French toast dishes, quiches, etc.) You will take home 4 different dishes to feed 2-4 people.
Quick & Easy Dinners: This class will include quick and easy (plus ways to add additional time, effort and ingredients to make your meal a special one). Easy or "special", you will find 3-4 recipes you will love! You will take home 2 full meals (feeds 4 people).
Parent & Tot Meals: This class will teach you how to prepare adult meals with great toddler meals, using most of the same ingredients, on the side. Enjoy a great "adult" meal while your toddler/child learns to eat what you are eating, in there own special recipe. (i.e. Garlic Basil Chicken with Tomato Rice Pilaf w/ Toddler version: Stuffed Chicken Nuggets (w/hidden veggies) and rice).
International Cooking: A few times a year, I show the kids a map of the world and ask them to pick 3 countries each (6 total). Then, each night the following week, we cook a different recipe from each country picked. It is a great way for my kids to learn respect to other nationalities and diverse taste buds :) At times, the recipes may need to be modified for my kids taste buds so that I can insure a positive experience. I promise no "Hakarl" from Iceland (putrefied shark) or the Scottish "Haggis" (stuffed animal stomach w/sheep liver, heart....does it really matter what else?) Other yummy (and somewhat modified) alternatives are promised :) (i.e. Traditional Spanish Omelet, Moroccan Skewers, etc.)
Organic/Clean Cooking: Clean recipes using no artificial ingredients. Fresh foods that taste great. 2-3 recipes to take home to your family.
Vegetarian Recipes: Learn to cook 4-5 vegetarian recipes. Take home 2-3 dinners to feed 2 to 4 people.
